SPG- The Jon

With the utmost pride, I present my hand-drawn sketches of Steam Powered Giraffe!!

We don’t have a working scanner in my home so I’ve never been able to share my drawings. Finally I got fed up and just took photos. Sorry for the hideous shade of high-lighter yellow but my Da works at a printing company and he brings home scraps for me to draw on.
So I’d tried a few times before to draw the lovely gents from SPG, but had never had too much luck. Yet the other night I sat down and went crazy and got what I feel to be the best page of drawings I’ve ever done.

The Spine was the only one I used references for, so I’m sorry if their costumes aren’t totally accurate. I’m not sure exactly what the Spine’s face is doing and could’ve done a little better on Sam Luke, but otherwise this is my favorite thing I’ve ever drawn.
